When you have created scenarios, as described in the previous section, you can display them at any time:
To do so, proceed as follows:
| 1. | Choose the ribbon command Data | group Analyze | Scenario manager  . |
| 2. | In the dialog box, select the scenario to be displayed from the list Scenarios. |
| 3. | Click on the Show button. |
Tip: You can do so even quicker if you simply double-click on the scenario in the list.
The chosen scenario will now be displayed.
By switching between the different scenarios that you have created, you can watch how the changes to the cells specified in the scenario affect the calculations referring to those cells.
Note: When you display a scenario, the values in the given "changing cells" are physically replaced by the values specified in the scenario. The old cell contents will be lost.
