To use a document template, simply start a new document with the ribbon command File | New. You can specify on which document template this is to be based.
Proceed as follows:
1. | Choose the ribbon command File | New to open the dialog box. (Click directly on the icon itself.) |
2. | You can select the required document template in the dialog box. |
3. | Confirm with OK. |
The system now creates a new document for which all character and cell styles saved in the document template become available. If the document template also contains filled cells, these are displayed accordingly and can be edited normally.
