The aforementioned dialog box for the headers and footers has a second tab: Notes and handouts. This allows you to specify and change headers and footers on notes and handouts. The dialog box works in the same way as the one described for the Slide tab, except that you can also specify headers in addition to footers in notes and handouts.

As mentioned earlier, there is only one header or footer for notes and handouts, which is the same on all pages.
