FreePDF: The User restrictions feature is not included in FreePDF.
You can set up user restrictions for your PDF file and thus limit any editing of the document to the actions that you specify.
To do so, choose the ribbon command Document | group Protection | User restrictions 
, and set a check mark in front of the desired option in the following dialog box.
