Protecting cells and documents

PlanMaker provides options for protecting documents or specific document contents. For example, cells can be protected from unintentional changes, or entire documents can be password-protected.

The following options are available:

Sheet protection

Use sheet protection to protect individual cells against changes. If sheet protection is enabled, cells can no longer be changed and/or their content is hidden on screen or printouts.

Workbook protection

Use workbook protection to prevent users from adding, deleting or hiding/unhiding worksheets.

Document protection

Use document protection to password-protect the current document against reading and/or writing. If read protection is enabled, PlanMaker will additionally encrypt the document.
