A slide transition is the manner in which one slide moves into the next slide when running a slide show. Presentations offers many different transition effects from which to choose and which you can apply to individual slides or to all slides.

Conveniently apply slide transitions directly via the buttons on the ribbon tab Transition (or via the sidebar). Alternatively, select the path via the dialog box for a more compact overview and with almost identical options.
