FreePDF: The Redact image feature is not included in FreePDF.
FlexiPDF can permanently redact images and thus obscure areas that should not be seen. The obscured information cannot be retrieved.
Use the ribbon command Review | Redact image 
for this purpose. For more information, see Redacting images.
