Text that was edited in the PDF file can be highlighted in color by FlexiPDF. (For more information, see the next section Highlighting changes.) Highlighting edits in color is not available in FreePDF, but edits can be displayed in the change log. This also includes edits from previous sessions.

It also notes the author, the page number and the date of all changes in a change log.

Note: If you finish your work with the command File | Save as | Save as final, the highlighting in color and the data in the change log will no longer be displayed the next time you open the file. If you want this data to remain visible in the document, finish your work with the command File | Save or by simply closing the file.
