If you choose the ribbon command File | group Document | Export as 
| Pictures, the slides of a presentation can be exported as picture files. One individual picture file will be created for each slide.
Note: Slide transitions and animations are not displayed in it.
Proceed as follows:
| 1. | Create or open the desired presentation. |
| 2. | Choose the ribbon command File | group Document | Export as | Pictures. |
| 3. | A dialog box appears. Make the desired settings there (see below) and confirm with OK. |
Presentations will now create the picture file(s). You will find them in the folder that you specified in the File name field of the dialog box.
Options of the dialog box
In the dialog box of this command, you can make the following settings:
▪File name
| Here, enter the path and file name of the picture file to be created. |
| When you export multiple slides, Presentations creates an individual picture file for each slide. Presentations automatically adds a consecutive number to each of these files – for example, Test0001.png, Test0002.png, Test0003.png, etc. |
▪Picture type
| This option enables you to specify the format of the picture file(s). For maximum quality, we recommend the PNG format, as it compresses completely losslessly. If your slides contain a large number of photographs, you also have the option of using the JPEG format. It provides much higher compression for such pictures, but it is not lossless. |
▪JPEG quality
| If the Picture type is set to JPEG format, you can specify the desired quality level for the picture file(s) here. You can enter values between 1 and 100 (percent). The default value is 90. |
| Low values deliver highly compressed files but poor picture quality. High values result in less compressed files with better picture quality. |
▪Selection
| This option lets you choose which slides to export: only the current slide, only the selected slides or all slides. |
▪Size
| Here, you can set the desired Width or Height of the resulting picture file(s). |
| Note: If you change the width, the height adjusts automatically (according to the aspect ratio of the slides) – and vice versa. |
