FreeOffice: Export as HTML is not included in SoftMaker FreeOffice.
You can choose the ribbon command File | group Document | Export as 
| HTML to export a presentation to a series of HTML files. The program will then create a HTML file for each slide, which contains an image of the slide as a picture.
Note: Slide transitions and animations are not displayed in it.
Proceed as follows:
| 1. | Create or open the desired presentation. |
| 2. | Choose the ribbon command File | group Document | Export as | HTML. |
| 3. | A dialog box appears. Make the desired settings there (see below) and confirm with OK. |
Presentations will now create the relevant HTML files and pictures.
To view the result, open the main HTML file (see below) in your web browser. If desired, the main file also includes a table of contents and buttons for navigating between slides.
Options of the dialog box
In the dialog box for this command, you can make the following settings:
▪Main HTML file
| Enter the path and file name of the main file here. The main HTML file is the file that has to be opened in the web browser in order to view the presentation. |
| All other HTML files and picture files will be stored in the same folder (or a subfolder of it). |
▪HTML title
| Here, you can enter a title for the main HTML file. It will be displayed in the title bar of the web browser. |
▪Store supporting files in a subfolder
| In addition to the main HTML file, Presentations must create some additional files that are required to view the presentation. For example, one HTML file and one picture file are generated for each individual slide. |
| If this option is enabled, these supporting files will be stored in a subfolder of the folder containing the main HTML file. If it is disabled, the files will end up in the same folder as the main HTML file. |
▪Add HTML frame with table of contents
| If this option is enabled, a frame containing a table of contents of all slides will be added to the left of the main HTML file. Each entry contains a link to the corresponding slide. This makes navigation easier. |
▪Slide range
| Here, you can specify which slides to export: |
| All slides: Export all slides of the presentation. |
| Selected slides: Export only the slides currently selected in the mini sorter or in the slide sorter. |
| Custom slide show: Export only the slides in the custom slide show that is selected here. (For more information, see also Custom shows.) |
| Slides with numbers: Export only the slides with the specified numbers. To use this option, enter the desired slide numbers as demonstrated in these examples: |

| You can also enter multiple slide numbers or ranges by separating them with commas: |

| The option Export hidden slides determines whether the slides that were marked as hidden with the ribbon command Slide show | Hide slide should also be exported. |
▪Slide pictures
| Here, you can make settings for the pictures that are displayed in the HTML files to represent the slides: |
| Format: This option determines the format of the pictures. For maximum quality, we recommend the PNG format, as it compresses completely losslessly. If your slides contain a large number of photographs, you also have the option of using the JPEG format. It provides much higher compression for such pictures, but it is not lossless. |
| Width and Height: This option allows you to specify the width/height of the pictures. Note: If you change the width, the height adjusts automatically (according to the aspect ratio of the slides) – and vice versa. |
| Add borders: This option adds border lines to each picture. |
▪Options
| Here, you can set the following options: |
| Add navigation controls: This option displays buttons for navigating to the previous and next slide below each slide picture. |
| Use graphical navigation buttons: This option uses graphical buttons for navigation (instead of buttons labeled with text). |
| The More... button opens a dialog box with the following additional options: |
| Colors: This option specifies the colors in which the background and links to the HTML pages will be displayed. |
| Fonts: This option specifies the font in which links to the HTML pages will be displayed. |
▪Show result in browser
| This option launches your web browser and displays the main HTML file once the export is complete. |
