Grouping frames

When you group several frames or drawings, you combine them into a unit that can be selected and treated like a single object.

In practice, this means the following:

If you select an object that belongs to a group, the entire group is selected. If you move this object, all objects in the group are also moved.

Grouping also prevents related objects from being inadvertently moved against each other with the mouse.

To group objects, proceed as follows:

1.Select the frames or drawings to be grouped.
To do so, click on the objects successively while holding down the Shift keyñ.
Alternatively: Switch to Object mode object_mode_icon and drag a rectangle around all objects to be selected while holding down the mouse button.
2.Click on the Group icon group_objects_icon (in the group Objects) on the object-specific ribbon tab, or right-click on the selected objects to open the context menu and choose the command Group to group the objects.

Ungrouping objects

To ungroup objects, proceed as follows:

1.Select the group by clicking on one of the objects in it.
2.Click on the Group icon group_objects_icon again or choose the command Ungroup via the context menu.
