In addition to slide transitions, you can also apply animations to the objects on a slide. Object animations are visual effects that, unlike slide transitions, are applied to individual objects to emphasize them or make the presentation more visually appealing. For example, you can show the individual objects of a slide successively in the slide or let them fly into the slide from different directions.
You can apply animations either to individual objects, to all objects on a slide, or to all objects in the entire presentation (via predefined "slide animation schemes").
With the commands on the ribbon tab Animation or in the sidebar, Presentations provides a wide range of different animations from which to choose.
